There is a strange mechanical instrument in the living room with an inscription on the decorated brass which reads 'Francis Jeffery 1728'. If anyone knows how it was used we would love to know.

For the benefit of all guests and the safety of our Listed property, Canonsgrove Farm is a no-smoking Bed and Breakfast throughout.

Our farmhouse is child friendly and we have cots and highchairs available on request.

Our accomodation is very spacious - we have two large family rooms, one with ensuite facilities (the Quantock room) and one with private facilities (the Blackdown room). We can arrange either of them as Double, Single or as a Family room - whichever you prefer.

Each bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities, colour television with DVD player and hairdryer.
